- This project was a 5,200 square foot custom designed luxury home with a Tuscan flair. The house was designed with an upstairs master suite, exercise room and office, the down stairs had a beautiful kitchen open to the dining area, three bedrooms, a large utility/sewing room, a game room, a guess apartment customized covered patio with outdoor kitchen and much, much more.
- Other interesting features included; CDI, stamped concrete, pool and rock waterfall, opera balcony, cold storage, fire pit, wrought iron and security.
