This project was a spec house designed with a Tuscan flair. The house was designed with:
- Downstairs master bedroom with acces to the pool
- Large kitchen open to the family room
- Guest wing
- Loft with two bedrooms
- Drive in courtyard
- Three car Garage, Bonus workout/crafting room
- and much much more
When the project reached the drywall nailing inspection phase, a buyer approached Dan to put the house in escrow. There were about $53,000 in additional upgrades paid for by the buyer, but the house was finished in 9 months, 4 days including the front and backyard landscaping, pool, stamped concrete, Solar System and the many additions & Changes.
